Individual Athlete Olympic Costumes

I am seeking a skilful costume/ fabric designer to make a batch of Rachel Gun aka Ray gun costumes. I would like the design to be Unisex and available in small, medium and large. Raygun is the olympic break dancer - see image attached. I am looking for a replica of this design. I would like to order samples and then consider larger batch sizes.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Expertise in designing sportswear or similar clothing
- Previous experience in working with costumes
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely delivery
