Help me with designing my fashion line

I am the director of two separate new clothing brand startups based in London/Norway. I’m looking for skilled fashion designers who can help me brainstorm and bring my ideas and visions to life. One of the startups is a unisex street wear line that’ll contain tracksuits, jackets, pants, socks etc. And the other startup is a women's clothing brand offering figure forming clothing pieces such as dresses, tights, tops, jumpsuits etc.

Price could be furthered discussed depending on the quality of work and time spent.
