We're seeking an experienced Assistant Designer & Production Manager for a haute couture fashion brand. This part-time role is essential in supporting our creative vision and ensuring smooth production.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support collection development
- Create visual assets
- Coordinate and support fittings
- Stay on top of trends
- Supplier management
- Production monitoring

Assistance Needed In:
- Collection development (primary focus)
- Sample creation (material selection, prototype construction-overseeing sample production with a factory)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Strong background in fashion design and production
- Skilled in material selection and prototype construction
- Excellent trend analysis and supplier management abilities
