Hanya Women’s Wear Launch – Co-ord, Kaftan & Pakistani Suits Design
Budget: ₹5,000 – ₹15,000 INR
We are launching a women’s wear brand focused on premium yet affordable co-ord sets, kaftans, and Pakistani suits.
We are looking for a creative and experienced freelance fashion designer who can handle the complete design development process from concept to pre-production handover to manufacturers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct trend research and create inspirational moodboards for each collection.
• Develop initial concept sketches and refined fashion illustrations.
• Select fabrics, trims, and embellishments based on budget and brand positioning.
• Prepare detailed Tech Packs (including garment measurements, stitching details, trims, prints, labels, and finishes).
• Create a Bill of Materials (BOM) for production reference.
• Provide color palettes and print/embroidery designs where applicable.
• Assist in sourcing fabrics and trims from Gujarat suppliers.
• Guide on fit, pattern direction, and sample specifications for manufacturers.
• Review samples from the manufacturer and suggest necessary improvements.
• Support in packaging design direction aligned with the brand identity.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in women’s wear design (especially co-ord sets, kaftans, and Pakistani suits).
• Strong skills in fashion illustration (hand-drawn or digital) and Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop.
• Ability to prepare professional tech packs and BOMs.
• Understanding of fabric types, garment construction, and finishing.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and awareness of current fashion trends.
