Garment Designer Needed

I am in need of a garment designer who can create appealing knitted dresses, tops, shirts, and active wear for both men and women. The garments should be designed using 100% natural hemp as well as blended hemp and cotton.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing knitted tops, dresses, shirts, and active wear for both men and women
- Using 100% natural hemp fabric and blended hemp and cotton fabric to create all garments
- Ensuring each design is visually appealing and marketable to both genders
- Looking for elegant styled garments

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficient in garment design and creating patterns for knitted items
- Strong understanding of hemp fabric and its unique properties
- Prior experience designing a variety of apparel for both men and women
- A good eye for fashion trends and market demand
- The ability to create both practical and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Understanding of the benefits and limitations of 100% hemp garments
- Create sketches, illustrations or digital renderings of design concepts to present to the team for review and approval.
- Improve designs based on feedback
- Strong portfolio showcasing your expertise

NOTE: As a freelancer, you will have the flexibility to work remotely and manage your own schedule. The duration and scope of each projectile be agreed upon on a case by case basis with compensation provided based on the project requirements.

Using blended hemp as the fabric:

- 6 designs for tops for women
