Formal Wear Techpack Creation

I need a proficient fashion designer fully equipped with adequate skills and experience in creating tech packs. Specifically, we will be working on women's formal wear tops and bottoms.

The techpack should include:
- Basic sketch and measurements of each item
- Detailed understanding of formal wear
