Fit Technician

The Rebdolls Fit Technician has ownership of all product categories for our curvy size business. The Fit Technician is charged to evaluate TOP garments for construction, quality, fit, and compliance to Rebdolls standards. Using time management skills, the Fit Technician is tasked to measure initial samples, make recommendations in grading and construction to suppliers. All issues are expected to be communicated to the manager, the buyer, and/or vendor as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
Evaluate TOPs for fit, construction, quality, and Rebdolls compliance requirements.
Fit product on live models and form.
Measure Initial samples and TOPs to evaluate specs.
Communicate issues effectively to a manager, buying team, and vendors.
Any other duties assigned by management.

Required Skills
AA or B.S./B.A. in Fashion Technical Design and Production preferred.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office and Google sheets and general computer skills.
Must exhibit excellent time-management and organizational skills.
Must show strong verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of fit and construction.
Knowledge of Plus size fit and construction, up to a 5X, is highly desirable.
Knowledge of how to measure a garment.
