Film-Inspired Cosplay Costume Designer

I'm seeking a skilled costume designer specializing in cosplay to recreate the jacket showcased in “the substance” 2024 (as seen on margaret qualley). I hadn’t originally held plans for Halloween, but i’ve suddenly been hit with an upscale party and dress code, so therefore am scrambling for someone willing to make it. i have sourced the rest of the costume, so it’s purely the jacket i’m after in time for october 2024. happy to talk pricing, and i’m relatively flexible on cost. i am based in the uk (particularly england)
