JΛZN Figure Skating Bag
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for a talented product designer to create a premium figure skating bag for our brand JΛZN, a new and upcoming sports/lifestyle brand focused on figure skating.
Objective
Design a unique, high-end skating bag inspired by the functionality of the well-known “wrap-style skating bag” concept (where skates are securely enclosed and protected), but not a copy. The final design must be original, with clear improvements in both aesthetics and functionality.
Important
Do NOT replicate or copy any existing product (including “The Wrap Skating Bag”).
Use it only as functional inspiration.
The design must be legally safe and distinctive.
Add your own creative direction, structure, and details.
Design Direction
We want a bag that feels like:
Premium / luxury sportswear
Clean, minimal, and modern
A mix between performance and fashion
Think:
Lululemon / Nike premium line / designer sports accessories
Key Functional Requirements
The bag should include:
A smart skate storage system (inspired by wrap concept, but redesigned)
Protection for blades and boots (soft interior, structured support)
Backpack-style carrying (comfortable straps)
Multiple compartments:
Main storage (clothing & gear)
Small valuables pocket (phone, AirPods)
Optional water bottle holder
Ventilation features (to reduce moisture and odor)
Innovation & Improvement (very important)
We expect the designer to:
Improve usability vs existing skating bags
Propose smarter storage or modular solutions
Enhance comfort and ergonomics
Elevate the overall look to a premium product
