Fashion designer to help with Swimwear brand

I am looking for a fashion designer to help me create a stunning swimwear collection for my brand. My priority is having someone experienced with creating technical drawings and specifications so that I can bring my vision to life. I also require assistance with tailoring (my main priority is the fit), as well as with sourcing and producing high-quality materials. As a result, I'm looking for a well-rounded professional who can bring my entire collection to fruition!
