Fashion designer for new baby clothes brand

I'm looking for someone with experience in fashion design. We are creating a clothing line specifically for babies and toddlers. The designs are minimal and will range from summer/ winter seasonal wear to different styles, ie: the Los Angeles collection, the Paris collection.. etc
