Fashion designer

I am in need of an experienced fashion designer to help me create a unique clothing design that already exists in my mind. I have a very specific idea of what I am looking for, as well as some basic colors and patterns that I feel would fit the concept. The designer should be able to take these elements and craft a distinctive piece of fashion using their professional expertise.
