Fashion-Forward Activewear Designer Needed

I’m building a women’s activewear line that turns heads first and performs second, so style is the heartbeat of every piece. I already have mood boards and silhouette ideas, but I need an experienced fashion designer who can translate that vision into production-ready work.

Here’s what I’m counting on you for:

• Fabric selection – I want chic, breathable, high-quality knits that drape well and keep their color after countless washes. Your network of mills and eye for trend-right textures will be invaluable.

• Pattern making – Clean, flattering lines are non-negotiable. Precise digital patterns (Gerber, Optitex, or Clo3D—whatever you’re fastest with) should be graded for XS–XL and ready for sampling.

• Graphic design – Minimalist yet memorable prints and logo placements that elevate each piece without overpowering it. Adobe Illustrator or Procreate files should be delivered in vector format.

Deliverables I expect:
1. Three complete tech packs (front/back flats, construction notes, BOM, colorways).
2. Digital patterns with graded nested sizes.
3. Fabric and trim sourcing sheet with supplier contacts and MOQ info.
4. Placement-ready artwork files for screen or sublimation printing.
