I'm in need of an innovative and creative designer to collaborate with me on developing an exciting range of adult surfing wetsuits. We hate boring black wetsuits that dominate the market!
We want to shake up the industry and bring design lead thinking to wetsuits testing the boundaries of fabrics (outlayer stretch fabrics glued to neoprene), colours, patterns, dyes/prints etc. all while still prioritizing functionality and durability.
Key Aspects:
- Design creation for adult-sized surfing wetsuits
- Focus on design aesthetics
- Combining functionality with style
The ideal candidate should have:
- Previous experience in apparel design, preferably sportswear or wetsuits
- An understanding of the surfing culture and lifestyle would be favoured
- Skills in translating utilitarian needs into fashionable yet functional designs
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of styles and aesthetics.
