Fashion Designer Needed for Premium-Luxury Womenswear Capsule (Freshers Welcome)

Focused on statement tops, co-ord sets, and luxe dresses, our collections blend elegance with edge, targeting a niche segment of premium and luxury buyers. We’re in the early stages and are looking for a passionate designer who’s excited to grow with the brand from the ground up.
Job Description:
We’re seeking a creative and driven Fashion Designer (freelancer/part-time) to help bring our first collection of 10–12 SKU’s to life. The ideal candidate understands fashion that appeals to high-end, design-conscious consumers and can translate abstract concepts into wearable art.
Key Responsibilities:
• Research and moodboard creation aligned with brand vision
• Design 10–12 unique SKUs across selected categories
• Develop sketches/flats and assist with fabric selection
• Prepare basic tech packs for each design
• Maintain a clean, modern design language with standout elements
• Be available for feedback loops and revisions (if required)
• Work closely with the founder to align on aesthetic, inspiration, and design direction.
• Stay updated with global trends in high-end womenswear.
Ideal Candidate:
• Freshers or designers with up to 1 year of experience
• A strong grasp of premium-to-luxury fashion aesthetics
• Can design for high-end, fashion-forward Indian consumers
• Minimal, edgy design taste (no fast fashion)
• Collaborative and detail-oriented
Deliverables:
• 10–12 production-ready designs with support documents
• Fabric and finish references
• (Optional) Assistance during the sampling phase
Location: India-based only (Remote or hybrid depending on city)
Duration: 1–2 months (initial project basis); potential for longer-term collaboration or permanent role based on performance
Compensation: Competitive (based on experience and work quality)
