Fashion Design for avant-garde elegant, streetwear x high fashion brand

I’m looking to work with fashion designers to create designs for a new avant-garde elegant, streetwear x high-fashion brand.
The brand aims to redefine elegance — blending modern streetwear energy with sophisticated, experimental design.
Designers should create unique, high-quality pieces based on my vision and guidelines (shared after signing an NDA).
This is a project-based job, but if you connect well to the brand’s vision, it could grow into a long-term partnership.
What I’m Looking For:
• Strong creativity and ability to think beyond conventions
• A clear sense of aesthetics and understanding of fashion structure
• Open to new ideas and feedback
• Beginners and students are welcome if they can deliver solid, well-thought-out designs
Workflow & Payment:
• Project-based payment per design:
• Beginner / Student: $30–60 per design
• Intermediate: $75–100 per design
Process:
1. NDA signing before brand details are shared
2. Concept phase: 2–3 sketches in 1–2 weeks
3. Concept selection & deposit (30–40%)
4. Final design: 1–2 weeks to complete, remaining 60–70% paid upon approval
5. Minor revisions (1–2 rounds) included; major revisions subject to extra fee
6. Weekly updates required for progress tracking
