Fashion Design for Babies & Kids and Teenagers

I am looking for someone with long experience in this field and understand the mass production and he was dealing with factories closely, that could prepare fully detailed Tech Pack File that will be informed later on what styles that he will do. As he will be providing recommendation on what fabric to use based on his experience and inform any changes to the sewing or other accessories if the fabric changed.
