We are seeking a skilled and experienced Apparel Pattern Maker with expertise in grading and revision to join our team and support the launch of a new brand specializing in Mens, Womens, and Kids Equestrian Wear. The primary focus will be on designing and perfecting key garments, including riding apparel for both schooling and competition wear. The range of products will include leggings, breeches, riding tops, henleys, and polos.
Responsibilities:
Pattern Creation: Develop accurate and detailed patterns for various equestrian wear garments, ensuring a perfect fit and adherence to quality standards.
Grading: Utilize grading techniques to scale patterns for different sizes, ensuring consistency in fit across the entire size range.
Revision and Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize patterns for improved fit, comfort, and performance. Address any issues identified during the prototyping and testing phases.
Commitment to Fit and Quality: Demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving impeccable fit and maintaining high-quality standards for all garments. Work closely with the design and production teams to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Textile Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of textiles and fabrics used in equestrian wear. Collaborate with suppliers to source materials that meet performance, durability, and comfort requirements.
