Dressmaker Needed for Alterations & Custom Dress

I'm seeking an experienced dressmaker/seamstress for some alterations and potentially creating a new dress for me.

Key Tasks:
- Updating some of my tops by changing their style
- Altering the neckline of these tops
- Hemming and resizing as necessary
