Dress Tech Pack Creation
Budget: $14 – $30 NZD
I need a full, production-ready tech pack for a women’s dress. The core garment concept is already defined, but I rely on you to translate it into factory-friendly documentation that leaves no room for guesswork.
Here’s what I expect: detailed flat sketches (front, back, and any relevant close-ups), a complete bill of materials, accurate measurements in both sample and graded sizes, construction notes, seam and stitch specifications, and clear call-outs for trims or finishes. If you feel that pockets, embroidery, ruffles, or any other design flourishes would elevate the piece without blowing up cost, let’s discuss—I’m open to your input before we lock the final layout.
I usually work with Adobe Illustrator and Excel, so please deliver those native files along with print-ready PDFs. Tech-pack structure should follow industry standards: cover sheet, spec sheet, measurement table, colorways, and label/packing instructions.
Turnaround time is important to me; once I supply my mood board and initial sketch, I’d like the first draft within a week and one revision round after that. If you’ve prepared dress tech packs before and understand pattern-maker requirements inside out, we’ll be a great fit.
