Dog Coats Tech Pack Creation

I need a tech pack developed for a line of dog coats. This project will involve creating detailed specs and drawings for dog coats made out of polyester, silk and waterproof fabrics. The tech pack should detail all measurements, materials, colours, and everything necessary to produce the item.
