Designer fashion

My fashion design project needs someone to create a stylish design for dresses. I require design sketches that will be described verbally, but should provide an outline sketch for the designer to work with. I'm looking for a designer with experience in Streetwear, Sportswear and Couture fashion designs, who can help me achieve the style I'm looking for. I'm open to recommendations on colour palettes and fabrics that best fit the design. The successful designer must have the experience in fashion design, high-quality creativity and a unique eye for detail.
