Dance Leotard

I have a costume designed, and am actually looking for a dress maker / designer to make the costumes for me. Very simple leotard based design with some detail on the straps. Matching headband and arm cuff required. Time frame: to be completed within 3 weeks. Looking for a quote and to start asap.
