Custom Sun-Protective Hoodie Design

I'm seeking an experienced fashion designer to create a custom hoodie for manufacturing. The hoodie should combine streetwear and casual aesthetics, maintaining the look and feel of a classic cotton hoodie (similar to GAP or casual streetwear style).

The unique feature of this design is a hood that extends forward slightly like a sun visor for added sun protection.

Key deliverables:
- 1 to 2 designs
- Complete technical flat sketches of the hoodie, including the unique hood with extended brim.
- Tech pack with measurements, materials, stitching details, and construction notes suitable for overseas manufacturers (Alibaba suppliers).

- For now I just need technical sketches and a complete tech pack with all the necessary details for manufacturing: measurements, materials, stitching, construction notes, and especially the custom hood specifications

Material Requirements:
- UPF-rated material to block UV rays
- Must retain the appearance and texture of a regular hoodie—no sporty or nylon-based fabrics.

Design Features:
- Slim fit
- Pockets

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in technical flat sketching and creating detailed tech packs.
- Experience with sun-protective clothing or structured hood designs is a plus.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, especially with overseas suppliers.
