I have two favourite tees—one black and one red—that I want reproduced in a longer cut to suit my height. I’ll courier both originals plus a reference shirt that already fits me well so you can study the fabric weight, neckline, and overall drape.

• Meet with me once (in person or over a video call) to take my exact body measurements and confirm length adjustments.
• Source a quality blend of cotton and polyester that feels soft yet offers moisture-wicking and stretch so the shirts stay comfortable through regular wear.
• Match the existing colours precisely—solid black and solid red—with no extra graphics or branding.
• Produce two finished samples that replicate the originals’ style while delivering the longer fit we agree on.
• Document the fabric supplier and trim details so we can seamlessly scale to a larger production run later.
