Creative Kurthi Designer Needed

I’m expanding my women’s fashion line and want a designer who can turn fresh, on-trend ideas into production-ready kurthis for casual, festive, and everyday wear. You’ll translate inspiration into digital sketches, recommend fabrics, cuts, colors, prints, and embroidery, and hand over files my workshop can move straight into sampling. A solid grasp of Indian fashion sensibilities and current market trends is essential, as is fluency with design software—Illustrator, CorelDRAW or any tool you’re comfortable with is fine as long as the output is clean and editable.

If you’ve already created standout ethnic or fusion pieces, send a portfolio link so I can see your eye for detail and originality. I’m open to per-design or month-wise arrangements; what matters most is a consistent flow of distinctive, sale-ready styles.

Deliverables for each approved design:
• Digital sketch/mock-up (AI, CDR, or PSD)
• Fabric, color, and embellishment specs
• Print- or production-ready file with measurements and placement guides
