Creative Knitting Designer Needed

I am seeking a highly skilled knitting designer for a project specifically focused on scarves and collars, with a taste for Intarsia knitting technique. Although I didn't specify the type of scarves and collars, I'm open to explore different styles which can include but not limited to: infinity scarves, rectangular scarves and cowl collars.
