Create a tech pack for a children’s clothing brand

We are looking for somebody to create a tech pack based for children’s and babies clothing off of the designs we design.
We are just looking for somebody that knows how to do it and once we find somebody we will save your number & contact you in a few weeks once we need it made.
Please also tell us how much you would charge to make tech packs / pages for 10 designs.
An experienced tech pack creator would be ideal as we have never created one before.
