Create apparel designs for a fashion e-commerce startup

Need an experienced fashion designer to ideate and create designs for my fashion e-commerce startup. We will begin with selling ladies western wear such as t shirt s, casual tops, dresses, etc. The designer must have a degree from a reputed institute and have worked with leading fashion brands and designers. Should be creative, intuitive, and have an impeccable fashion sense.
Should be able to support during the entire design process. Should have a solid understanding of the fashion industry and also understand the industry from sales and marketing perspective. Should be a self starter and have be well versed in latest software used for garment designing and visualisation.
