Comprehensive Apparel Tech Pack Development

I'm seeking an experienced designer to create detailed tech packs for an apparel line.

Requirements:
- Material specifications
- Measurement charts
- Construction details

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in apparel design
- Experience in creating accurate and detailed tech packs
- Strong understanding of material specifications and garment construction
- Ability to develop designs from scratch, as I do not have existing design files or sketches
