Clothing brand

I'm looking to start my own clothing brand and I'm in need of a talented freelancer to help bring it to life. I'm looking for someone to design and produce hoodies specifically. I have a general idea of my concept in mind, but I need help fine-tuning the designs and turning it into a reality. I'm initially looking for a small order to have samples first and then try a bigger order. It would be great to find someone experienced in designing and producing detailed tech pack, to help bring my vision to life.
