Clothing Sketch Designer Needed

My cousin and I are looking for someone in the US we're based out of Atlanta, Georgia who has the skills in using the latest clothing designing software to professionally draw 2-4 of our new custom leggings designs to be used in our up-and-coming clothing line. You must be willing to sign a Confidentiality Agreement which will be used for our protection so our ideas/designs can't be discussed, or used by the clothing sketch designer or anybody else.
