Clothing Design Business Assistant
Budget: £20 – £250 GBP
I run a small but growing clothing-design label and I’m ready to bring on an organised, tech-savvy assistant who can keep the back end of the business running smoothly while I focus on creating new pieces. Day-to-day you’ll be my right-hand, stepping in wherever the workflow needs attention—whether that’s drafting a quick reply to a stockist, scheduling Instagram and TikTok posts in Buffer or Later, updating the inventory sheet in Google Sheets, or chasing up a sample with the factory.
You’ll need solid written English for client messaging, a good eye for style so the brand voice stays consistent, and confidence with basic cloud tools (Google Workspace, Canva, Shopify or a similar e-commerce CMS). Experience in fashion operations is a big plus but not essential so long as you’re proactive and learn fast.
Deliverables & expectations
• Clear, timely communication—messages and emails answered within 24 h
• A weekly social-media calendar drafted, approved, and scheduled every Friday
• Inventory numbers and supplier updates logged accurately before close of business each Monday
• A short end-of-week report highlighting wins, issues, and anything you need from me to keep momentum
