Clothes design tech pack

I'm looking for someone to create tech packs for my clothing designs. Specifically, the tech packs will be for adults sizes S-XL for outerwear. I have a clear vision for what I want the designs to look like, and I'm hoping to find someone who can help bring this vision to life. The tech packs should include technical drawings of all the components of the clothing pieces, such as fabric type, measurements, construction technique, etc. I'm looking for someone who can take my design ideas and create detailed tech packs that can be used for manufacture.
