Children's Fashion Designer for Growing Project

I’m looking for a very good fashion designer to help create children’s clothing. Initially, the focus will be on trendy, affordable and high-quality children’s wear, but as we grows, there will be opportunities to expand into clothing for other age groups, including adults, and lifestyle products such as home decor and accessories.
I will provide similar ideas to align with my vision for the brand. The designer’s taste in fashion should be in line with the style of stores like Carter’s, OshKosh, Zara, Old Navy, Boden, J.Crew, H&M, Next, Gap and Target. We want to create products that are both stylish and affordable, focusing on offering good prices while maintaining high quality.
The designer will receive 5% of the profits for their contributions. This role offers potential for long-term growth as we expand into various product categories.
