Casualwear Collection Development Support

I’m expanding my casualwear line and need an experienced fashion all-rounder who can move seamlessly from concept to sourcing. You will take my initial inspiration boards and translate them into a fresh, cohesive collection, produce accurate technical sketches/spec sheets ready for pattern makers, and track down fabrics, trims, and sustainable materials that match both aesthetic and cost targets.

Casual wear is the immediate priority, but I do occasionally branch into smarter pieces for both men and women, so an eye for versatile styling will be valued. Adobe Illustrator (or equivalent), strong fabric knowledge, and solid supplier contacts are essential.

Deliverables
• 2–3 mini-collection storyboards with colour palettes & inspiration
• Full set of technical flats and annotated spec sheets
• Swatch list with supplier details, MOQ, and pricing

Final files should be provided in editable AI/PDF formats with a concise sourcing report. Let’s create something that feels effortless yet stands out on the rack.
