Casual Shirt Sewing Pattern Design

I'm looking for a professional to create a sewing pattern for men's casual shirts (premium linen shirts ). The pattern will be used for clothing production, so it needs to be detailed and accurate. Experience in pattern making for shirts is a must.
1x Full-sleeve and 1x half-sleeve (Grading for AU/UK sizes S, M, L, XL, XXL, XXXL.)
Fabric - 100% Linen and Linen Blends
Notes
Sizes to easily comparable to US and EU sizing for the customers for that area
Include reinforced areas (e.g., seams) for enhanced durability.
Incorporate premium stitching and a structured collar.
Account for linen fabric shrinkage after sewing and washing.
