Build me a fashion catalogue

My company is starting a brand where we work with indigenous silk. Our first product line will be jacquard and woven skirts (minis + midis). We need help designing the prototypes, size estimations (XS - XXL) and product requirements (optimise fabric required per garment, type of lining, stitch style), fit and style guidance. Looking for freelance designers in Mumbai, India. Folks who have worked previously with sustainable fashion brands will be a plus.
