Bomber Leather Jacket Design

I'm looking for a designer who can create a stylish and unique design for a bomber-style leather jacket. I'm looking for a design that will have stones/rhinestones, etc. Think "Pelle Pelle Bruiser" it's the best way I can describe what I'm seeking from the person that wants the project.

Essential Qualifications:
- Proficiency in leatherwear design, specifically bomber jackets
- Strong understanding of current fashion trends
- Previous experience working with leather
- Excellent communication skills to understand and implement feedback
