Apparel Designer - Intermediate level

We are looking for a clothing designer that has experience with women's and men's uniforms /scrubs , active wear, and /or similiar categories. We are a small, but very established company ( based in HK but run through Canadian office) , that is building a Global brand. The candidate is an intermediate apparel designer who understands performance fabrics, medical fabrics, and can design production friendly garments, trim packages, logos, tech packs, etc. The ideal candidate speaks and writes excellent English, and understands the North American market well ( lives in ideally) . The designer will work very closely with the Senior Product Manager to create small capsules and seasonal items . If the product is succesful , this will be an ongoing contract.
Attention to detail and excellent communication skills is essential. We are a company that values honesty, loyalty, and is passionate at what they do.The ability to be flexible and quick acting at all times with revisions, feedback, etc., is very important as we are a new brand that is growing rapidly and seeks continuous improvement and is responsive to trends.
