Women's Formal Wear Brand Development

Job ID: 40615701

Budget: $250 – $750 AUD

I am looking for an experienced fashion designer/technical designer to help create professional tech packs for the first collection of my women's occasion wear brand.
I have already designed the collection and have detailed sketches, reference images, and written descriptions for each piece. The first collection currently consists of:
• One mini dress
• One two piece set (a skirt with two interchangeable top options)
The aesthetic is feminine, elevated, and boutique inspired, with a focus on intricate embellishments, embroidery, beading, and unique silhouettes. Brands such as Mode Mischief and Gimaguas reflect the overall style and direction I am aiming for.
What I need:
• Refine and polish my existing designs while staying true to my original vision.
• Advise on construction, fit, and garment functionality where needed.
• Recommend suitable fabrics, trims, linings, and embellishment techniques.
• Create detailed, manufacturer ready tech packs including technical flats, measurements, construction details, stitching, trims, and fabric specifications.
• Prepare files that can be sent directly to clothing manufacturers for sampling.
I will provide sketches, inspiration images, and detailed notes explaining exactly how I envision each garment. I am looking for someone with experience in premium women's fashion who has strong attention to detail and can help bring my concepts to a production ready standard.
