I’m developing a small line of women’s casual dresses and need a fashion designer who can translate my style references into clear, production-ready concepts.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• 3–4 original dress concepts that feel relaxed yet refined—think everyday pieces a woman can throw on and still look polished.
• Mood board and brief fabric recommendations to capture the intended vibe and drape.
• Clean flat sketches plus front-and-back technical drawings (Illustrator or similar) that a patternmaker can follow.
• Basic tech pack details—measurements, construction notes, and trim call-outs—so manufacturers have the essentials to quote.

Please build each design around comfortable silhouettes, easy care fabrics, and a flattering fit for a broad range of women’s sizes. If you’ve worked with casualwear brands or have sample tech packs to share, include them in your bid.
