Three-Garment Tech Packs & Sourcing

My next three capsule collection includes a jacket, a skirt and a camisole. I need complete tech packs for each piece, we will begin with the camisole to be payed after initial contract signed, and then progress to the other two garments if we communicate well. I would like it built around clear, simple diagrams rather than elaborate fashion illustrations, as I can work on these myself. Every pack must spell out precise sizing and measurement tables as well as stitching and construction notes so that a factory can quote and sample without follow-up questions. I will communicate fabric specifications as well.

Beyond the paperwork, knowledgeable guidance on communicating with manufacturers is essential. Once the tech packs are finished, I would like help identifying and contacting suitable factories in areas you recommend or I have a few locations I would like to explore—ideally those experienced with small-run jackets, pants and lightweight tops—so I can compare MOQs, lead times and pricing.

Deliverables
• Three separate tech packs (jacket, skirt, camisole) with diagrams, grading, and detailed stitch/construction callouts
• A concise manufacturer brief drawn from each tech pack
• A shortlist of vetted factories, including contact details and any initial feedback you gather during outreach

Work is complete when the packs are production-ready and I have at least three responsive manufacturers per garment.
