Personal Stylist Consultation

I am in need of a personal stylist to help me put together a wardrobe. I have never cared about what I look like or what I wear but now that I'm taking interest I thought it is best for some expert consultation who could tell me what suits me best so I can shop accordingly hereafter. Keep in mind that I want someone who can tell me stuff and justify why. Also, I'm very bad at posing for pictures and stuff so if you can teach me that it is a big big plus. I'm going to take this very seriously so please be considerate.
PS : I have no idea what the right amount would be so feel free to quote whatever you think is appropriate I'll consider all the quotes.
