urgent minute of orders for court FDR conference
Budget: $250 – $750 AUD
I am looking for someone to complete an urgent minute of orders for an Australian Family Court Family Dispute Resolution conference.
The writer must be well versed in Australian Family Court law and subtle coersive DV that leverages a 5 yr old, thus continuing their risk of exposure to Family DV.
My document submission deadline is this Monday morning 13th November.
I am sadly self-representing, as a single-mum to 5yr old since DVO issued against ex husband 18 months ago, as I am in extreme financial crisis secondary to the 4 years of DV.
The deadline is 24 hours and I require a detailed order focusing on requesting parental responsibility for schooling, medical and travel due to covert narcissitic style of DV that uses leverage of any of our son's matters.
I am a veterinarian, zero experience in Family Court. I am in over my head with trying to understand and then collate what level of detail is important for the concilliation conferece - because there is so much background material (evidence) I've not formally filed.
Yet the instructions from the conference coordinator is that we need to list "Court documents", I.e. those filed, that we will be relying on during the conference.
Does that mean I can't reference other relevant material?
I need someone who has experience in legal terminology and formatting, however I am open to suggestions from the freelancer.
This is a very important task which needs to be completed on time and with utmost accuracy.
