I want to file a civil lawsuit against my EX-wife. She is living in Madrid, Spain.
Short story:
We were divorced and we have one common child. He is also living with her and I am paying for his maintenance regularly.
My EX-wife is extremely negative minded and revengeful towards me. She spread false stories against me in my social and professional network. She has contacted my bosses (professores), my family and my friends. She is writing false stories to them. Because of her I lost my job and now I am not getting a job again. Now my economic condition is very badly affected. I am a well educated person but because of her false stories my professional network is completely damaged and I have no face for people. Nowadays I am working as a pizza delivery boy, I don't have a proper job because of her false stories, I lost all strong references. I have proper proof to present that she is contacting my professional network and damaging my face. Because of her I also lost one very important project. After she contacted this company, the company refused to sign a contract with me.
I want to claim damages for my economic losses from her. My main purpose of this claim is to place full stop on her activities towards me otherwise she will make my life worse.
Secondly:
After marriage we were living in a common apartment in Alcorcon Madrid. This apartment she purchased before marriage while taking a loan from the bank. After marriage she got my empadronament of this apartment on condition that I will pay her money. I paid her almost 20,000 euros to share in this apartment. Even after marriage I was paying installments at the bank for this apartment. Now I want to claim my 50% right from this property. But please keep in mind that the apartment is not in my name, it is with her name. Although I paid money to her. Can I claim my right in this apartment?
