Prepare Family Law Exhibits

I have a complaint and motion ready to file in a family-law matter before minor court, but the exhibits package still needs to be pulled together. The materials on my desk include completed and partially completed legal forms, a long thread of emails and letters, plus receipts and third-party reports that support my position. Some of it just needs to be sorted, labeled and paginated; other pieces still have to be drafted or finished off before everything can be merged into a single, court-compliant bundle.

Here’s what I need from you:

• Take every existing file—legal forms, correspondence and supporting evidence—check for completeness, correct any formatting issues and place each item in logical order.
• Create any missing forms or supplements that the court requires, drawing on the information I provide.
• Build a master index (table of contents) and apply consistent exhibit stickers, page numbers and section dividers.
• Deliver two versions: an editable set (Word/Excel) and a clean, bookmarked PDF ready for e-filing or hard-copy printing.

Experience with family-law pleadings, Adobe Acrobat, and the usual court-form templates will make this go smoothly. Once you finish, I should be able to hand the clerk one neat, paginated package without scrambling for last-minute corrections.
