Paying maintenance and having my kids 50%

I want my kiddies 50% of the time and i don't want to pay so much maintenace, my ex wife is keeping my kids from me, and we have an agreement that we split the kids 50/50, and she told ird that she jas the kids 100% of the time, when that's not the truth. She cannot work as she is not vaccinated and now this is my problem why i don't know, i am fascinated cause i need to look after my kiddies and cannot afford to sit without a job, but now i am getting punished, and jabe to pay her for sitting at home as she does not want to het vaccinated. I need help.
