Organise Family Law Court Documents - NSW
Budget: $500 – $1,500 AUD
Title: Collate and Organise Family Law Evidence for Court Affidavit – NSW Care and Protection Act 1998
Project Description:
I have a large collection of hard copy legal documents relating to a complex family law case under the Children and Young Persons (Care and Protection) Act 1998 (NSW).
I need someone with specific knowledge of this Act and related procedures to collate, catalogue, and structure these documents into a clear, evidence-based format suitable for submission to the Children’s Court.
This is not a request for legal advice, but for expertise in organising, cross-referencing, and formatting extensive documentation so it aligns with legislative requirements and court expectations.
Requirements:
Knowledge of NSW family law, specifically the Care and Protection Act 1998.
Experience handling and structuring large volumes of evidence for court proceedings.
Ability to work face-to-face within a reasonable travel distance (1–2 hours) of postcode 2780.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency with Word, PDF, and document indexing tools.
Outcome:
A well-organised evidence bundle, including:
A detailed index and cross-referencing system.
Clear annexure labels for court submission.
Documents arranged logically and in compliance with Children’s Court standards.
Additional Notes:
Due to the volume of hard copy materials, the work will require physical handling of documents, so location proximity is essential. Accuracy and an understanding of court evidentiary requirements are crucial to the success of this project.
I am negotiable regarding payment
