I need a legal brief prepared in opposition to a court ruling that disqualified attorney because the attorney was (1) a percipient witness and (2) was the brother of the client. The case is in the realm of California family law.

- Articulate the main argument effectively based on case law. 1) Testimony did not have to come from attorney. It was best given from other percipient witnesses, not the attorney, 2) The majority of the attorney's alleged testimony was irrelevant, 3) Disqualifying the attorney is very harmful to client who cannot afford a different attorney and would be forced to represent himself 4) The fact that the attorney is the brother of client is not the basis for disqualification.
